Everyone who isn't a member should join now.
There must be a General Member at your HBCU who is interested in serving as Adviser. If they meet requirements, they should register now.
Once there's 7 General Members, you must decide who will serve on the Officer Team. Who will lead your chapter?
You have your Officer Team, now what? Create your Program of Work - it'll be your road map for the year.
Now that you have your Officer Team and POW for your founding/inaugural year, it's time to officially register your chapter.
